Heidi Klum Says In Tough Times Don’t Look To The Negative
It was a star filled scene as A-listers convened to watch the annual Victoria Secret fashion show and celebrate the redesign of the 54-year-old Fontainebleau which is said to have cost $1 billion dollars.
Though I am certain it was a sight to see, I am wondering what is wrong with some of these people’s brains. Let’s take a look at what a few of them said.
Heidi Klum is the star of the show so let’s start with her. Speaking on the fact that Victoria Secret veteran Adriana Lima is wearing a 1,500-carat bra that costs $5 million dollars she says it was an extravagance, but that despite tough economic times there’s no need to dwell on the negative.
“You always have to look forward even when times are bad. You have to look to the future.”
Now while I agree with that, I’m just a bit curious as to what she considers “bad times”. I’m pretty sure there are people who are still homeless from hurricane Katrina. I’m certain there are children out there who are starving because they’re a victim of their circumstance and they just can’t afford to eat, let’s not even get started on the debt we are in as a country from the war. All those people affected by those things should probably just look forward to the future though, the only problem is that unlike Heidi not everyone has something to look forward to and with people of our caliber, the people holding out their hands to help is far and few between. I know it isn’t Heidi Klum’s or anyone else’s responsibility to take care of the whole world I just find it extremely rude and completely thoughtless for her to have made such a statement. I find it ludicrous with all that is going on in the world that we are wasting $5 million dollars on a stupid bra so we can strut around in it and look pretty on a runway. Seriously, who is going to wear that bra outside of the show?
Speaking of the 1,504-room luxury hotel which sits on 22 acres and features 11 restaurants and a 40,000-square-foot spa, Martha Stewart says:
“I think it’s great. They’re trying so hard to make everyone comfortable.”
That statement makes it sound like they are trying so hard yet they are just not quite succeeding. They just spent 1 billion dollars on what I just described above, the question begs, what does it take to make you people comfortable?

When you dwell upon something, it usually means you’re trying to find solutions to fix the problem(s) so that they never have to be lived through again. If you can’t dwell upon the negative, especially in bad times, I don’t want to look to the future. I’m sure she’s not looking forward to a future where she’s 60 years old and has nothing to offer to society.
It’s easy for people that have no fear of being poor to talk like that. Those of us that have fallen on hard times are still accomplishing much by getting up, going to work, etc. I would say we are looking forward, but sometimes a person can’t help to see the negative, especially when it’s staring us in the face!
Yep
Wow, just wow. Heidi Klum is another beauty thats dumber than a bag of dog shit.

Life & Beauty Weekly: Expert Q+A
A: "This sort of kindness is rare, so it’s natural you’d want to reciprocate. But if you have offered to repay (or treat) her and she resists, there’s no need to insist on giving her money.
Also try not to feel bad that she always pays. Coffee isn’t a big expense, and it sounds like she enjoys treating you. She may do it because she appreciates your friendship or support at work. Or perhaps she likes having an excuse to get out of the office and doesn’t mind shelling out a few extra dollars for you. Regardless, just thank her each time she pays. Then, every once in a while, surprise her with a tin of cookies or muffins. Or once a month or so, tell her you are taking her out for lunch. "

Men’s Life Today: Expert Q+A
A: "There’s no easy answer as to why you get them. Ingrown hairs are more noticeable in men with really thick hair -- as ingrown hairs are more prevalent in people with thick hair -- or dark hair with light skin. However, there are a couple of key things you can do to heal them and prevent future outbreaks.
First of all, it helps to understand the evolution of an ingrown hair: After hair removal, as the hair starts growing back, the sharp tip of the hair curls back in on itself and digs into the skin, leading to inflammation and irritation. If you do get one, remember this mantra: Put down the tweezers. Plucking ingrown hairs invariably fails and causes additional irritation. Instead, try applying an over-the-counter cortisone cream to help relieve inflammation, then head to a laser dermatologist for laser hair removal (no, not removal of all your hair -- just the problem ones). Realistically, laser’s the only long-term solution for ingrown hairs.
Electrolysis isn’t practical because of the number and thickness of hairs involved. And as for waxing, well, remember the 40-year-old Virgin? Enough said."
