Amy Winehouse Still A Mess
According to TMZ Amy Winehouse had to be propped up and escorted out of a Camden pub last night.
Look at her, and when I say look at her I of course mean to overlook the fact that it appears like two different species of animals are fighting to live on her head and just look at her like she is a regular 25 year-old woman.
What is she doing to herself? She’s slowly committing suicide if you ask me. We have already heard what the doctor has said about her lungs from the cigarettes and drugs. If she is at good at drinking as she is at drugging it up she’ll have to be worried about her liver and other organs in no time.
On or about September 30, 2008 Amy told the London Daily Mirror:
“‘This isn’t a life, I’m a mess. Look at me.”
“When I look at Dion she reminds me of myself, I used to be this little girl who liked Celine Dion and singing, this beautiful sweet girl with innocent dreams. But look where I am now. Look what happened to my dreams. I can’t believe what has happened to me. I am so sad.’”
When I read that in the article that Jennifer Mienko had written I really thought, ok, wow, she’s finally acknowledging she has a problem and I was hopeful she would then begin to work on a solution yet here we are a month and a half later and she looks like her usual fucked up self.
I’m not heartless, I feel terrible for her, but let’s be realistic two things are going to happen here. A, she will continue to drug and drink it up and she will kill herself. Or B, she will take charge of her life and turn it around. Which option will it be, it’s as simple as that, in this situation there is no C.

It is so sad that she has acknowledged that her life is a mess, but she continues on this path of self-destruction. I mean, it’s not like she doesn’t have anything going for her! She’s an amazing talent and people know that. Maybe she can do a complete 180 like Robert Downey Jr. We once thought all was lost with him, but he managed to turn himself around.
Wow. Here’s a surprise. Just look at the picture. Even her hair is a mess!
That being said, I hope she pulls her s*&t together. I always want to see people reach their potential.
I agree and we all know what a mess Robert Downey Jr was! I am so happy he turned everything around. I’m sure it wasn’t an easy or short road, but he did it and so can Amy if she wants to.
This is so sad to see. I wish Amy Winehouse would get her act together. Where is this supposed support system she has? They need to be supporting her more in the area of getting her into a rehab and making her stay in there once and for all so she can get better. You’re right Jordasche she is a mess right now

Life & Beauty Weekly: Expert Q+A
A: "This sort of kindness is rare, so it’s natural you’d want to reciprocate. But if you have offered to repay (or treat) her and she resists, there’s no need to insist on giving her money.
Also try not to feel bad that she always pays. Coffee isn’t a big expense, and it sounds like she enjoys treating you. She may do it because she appreciates your friendship or support at work. Or perhaps she likes having an excuse to get out of the office and doesn’t mind shelling out a few extra dollars for you. Regardless, just thank her each time she pays. Then, every once in a while, surprise her with a tin of cookies or muffins. Or once a month or so, tell her you are taking her out for lunch. "

Men’s Life Today: Expert Q+A
A: "There’s no easy answer as to why you get them. Ingrown hairs are more noticeable in men with really thick hair -- as ingrown hairs are more prevalent in people with thick hair -- or dark hair with light skin. However, there are a couple of key things you can do to heal them and prevent future outbreaks.
First of all, it helps to understand the evolution of an ingrown hair: After hair removal, as the hair starts growing back, the sharp tip of the hair curls back in on itself and digs into the skin, leading to inflammation and irritation. If you do get one, remember this mantra: Put down the tweezers. Plucking ingrown hairs invariably fails and causes additional irritation. Instead, try applying an over-the-counter cortisone cream to help relieve inflammation, then head to a laser dermatologist for laser hair removal (no, not removal of all your hair -- just the problem ones). Realistically, laser’s the only long-term solution for ingrown hairs.
Electrolysis isn’t practical because of the number and thickness of hairs involved. And as for waxing, well, remember the 40-year-old Virgin? Enough said."
