Kelly Osbourne is in rehab according to PEOPLE.

A rep for Osbourne says:

“Kelly Osbourne has voluntarily entered a medical facility to address some personal issues. Her family stands by and supports her.”

No further details were provided.

I hope that she is able to get the help she needs and move forward in life.
