Zooey Deschanel Is Sick Of It
Much like Eva Mendes being tired of always being compared to Jennifer Lopez the same goes for Zooey Deschanel when it comes to Katy Perry. She tells MTV:
“It’s a little bit annoying, to be totally blunt. The only similarity that we have is that we look a little bit alike,” she laughed. “I have met her before. She seems like a nice person. I’m happy that she’s famous enough now that she’s not going out and being mistaken for me.”
She continues saying:
“I used to get, ‘I heard you were out at such-and-such club drinking whiskey!’ when I was at home watching TV. I think we lead very different lives. At some point I feel like this will stop being a thing. I like the way my life goes. It’s sort of strange to be associated with someone that’s doing such different stuff than me. It’s weird.”
I can definitely see how it would be annoying to be compared to someone else all the time especially if it was someone that was much different than me, but honestly the fact that these two girls are confused is not a bit surprising to me. If someone told me they were long lost twins I would believe it.
Wow, Zooey Deschanel and Katy Perry really do look alike. I think they could dress up as twins and it would be completely believable.
Yeah, when I initially glanced at the picture I thought it was the same person.
I don’t know why either one of them would get upset about being confused for the other they are both gorgeous girls.

Ahhh the giant problems we have in life….. I am sure it’s very annoying, especially since Katie Perry is very different but to be honest with you I have heard of her more than I ever heard of the other girl.

I have heard of Zooey Deschanel a time or two, but I don’t really know who she is or what she has played in.

I think it looks like the same girl with her makeup done differently. Both girls are pretty. They look exactly alike it is understandable that they are confused by people. By the way, I have never heard of the Zooey Deschanel girl until now. I’ll check out her IMDB page. Thanks.
When I first saw Katy Perry, I totally mistook her for Zooey. The blue eyes are distinguishably different though.
I think they look almost exactly alike. That is really amazing for them not even being related. They do say that everyone has a twin and I would guess that Zooey Deschanel is the twin of Katy Perry.
I initially liked Katy Perry b/c she did look like Zooey. I think they are both gorgeous! I’ve always liked Zooey. I just wish she was in more.
finally…somebody has come out and said it…I don’t know how many times people have confused me with Katy Perry…i don’t know because it doesn’t happen much, but still it’s annoying none the less…lol…in all seriousness both are gorgeous women who I would love to get know…

Eva Mandes, yes as in MAN, is bothered by being compared to Jennifer Lopez because Jennifer Lopez is also a skank and Mandes thinks she herself is hot. Well, shes not. Just check out her shoulders and moustache. And speaking of latin chicks, why so much coverage of Mandes when there is a babe like Sophia Vergara. Mandes could only dream about looking like that.
Its silly for Zooey Deschanel to get upset about any confusion over her looks compared to Katy Perry because they look almost exactly alike.
