Holly Madison Before and After Surgery

One of our Twitter buddies, LaceRocks, sent us this before-and-after picture of The Girls Next Door’s star Holly Madison.

In Holly’s case I think having had cosmetic surgery, botox, or whatever else she’s had done to herself since the before picture was a definite improvement.
