Gosselin Clothing Line On Hold

Kate GosselinNot only is her TV show, Jon & Kate Plus 8, on hiatus, but a book deal and a children’s clothing line in her name have been put on hold while reality star mom Kate Gosselin deals with pressing family matters.

A spokesperson for Healthtex, the company that’s backing her clothing line, had this to say about the situation:

“Our project is on hold while she focuses on her family.”

Her fall clothing line will be available in Walmart stores this year; however, Gosselin is not involved in the production or promotion of it.

As recently as 2 months ago, Gosselin was promoting her new clothing line on the Rachel Ray Show, even going so far as to hand out gift bags containing an outfit she reportedly aided in the design and creation of.

Let’s hope this woman gets her act together and finds other venues to succeed. Because I don’t know about anyone else, but I am burned out on Jon & Kate Plus 8 and I don’t even watch the show.

I’m no big fan of either the octo-mom or Kate Gosselin. They’ve both had their 15 minutes of fame, now let’s move on.
