A paparazzo rear-ended Nicole Richie on Monday in Beverly Hills and she reportedly sought out medical treatment afterwards. An officer from the Beverly Hills Police Department had this to say:

“Ms. Richie was driving with a passenger around 2 p.m. when she was struck by two photographers driving in one vehicle behind her. She complained of pain … Her car sustained moderate damage. No paramedics were called to the scene. She told officers she was going to seek her own medical treatment, so it’s unknown if she’s headed to a hospital or not.”

The paparazzo that hit her was arrested for driving without a license. I hope he loses his job over this. The paparazzi are out of control these days and they need to be stopped. They weren’t, but what if Nicole Richie’s kids had been in that car? Sadly, the paparazzo doesn’t care.
