Ex-DTWS Couple Won’t Reconcile

The tension between former fiancés and Dancing With The Stars instructors Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Karina Smirnoff has apparently reached its peak. Friends of the former couple said the two might have reconciled, but now it’s just not going to happen. Maksim apparently feels betrayed by Karina, although he won’t say why. When asked about his ex he had this to say:

“I feel completely betrayed. I’m done. I don’t want to get into the specifics. Let’s just leave it at I’m done.”

According to sources in the know, Maksim was upset after hearing about how much time Karina was spending with Aaron Carter, her partner on this season’s DWTS. Aaron Carter says he has a crush on DWTS instructor Chelsie Hightower but sources say that’s just a cover-up. This is what the sources had to say about it:

“That’s so funny. Everyone [at the show] knows that’s not true. That’s Karina trying to manipulate things to take attention off her and Aaron.”

As if that isn’t enough drama between these two, Maksim reportedly walked into an L.A. hotspot accompanied by two hot women, while Karina was there with fellow DWTS cast members. Karina reportedly ran away when she spotted her ex with the women.

I swear, it sounds like these two are back in high school. I’m sure L.A. is a pretty big city, so maybe they should try a little harder to avoid each other.

Q: "What’s the deal with ingrown hairs? Why do I get them, and more importantly, how do I get rid of them?"

A: "There’s no easy answer as to why you get them. Ingrown hairs are more noticeable in men with really thick hair -- as ingrown hairs are more prevalent in people with thick hair -- or dark hair with light skin. However, there are a couple of key things you can do to heal them and prevent future outbreaks.

First of all, it helps to understand the evolution of an ingrown hair: After hair removal, as the hair starts growing back, the sharp tip of the hair curls back in on itself and digs into the skin, leading to inflammation and irritation. If you do get one, remember this mantra: Put down the tweezers. Plucking ingrown hairs invariably fails and causes additional irritation. Instead, try applying an over-the-counter cortisone cream to help relieve inflammation, then head to a laser dermatologist for laser hair removal (no, not removal of all your hair -- just the problem ones). Realistically, laser’s the only long-term solution for ingrown hairs.

Electrolysis isn’t practical because of the number and thickness of hairs involved. And as for waxing, well, remember the 40-year-old Virgin? Enough said."
