firstrade is the worst broker I ever tried.

firstrade cannot even figure out your account buying power correctly sometimes.
firstrade is very slow when stock trading volume becomes large, even worse, their severs break down when volume is large.
firstrade trading flatform is very poor.
firstrade is not cheap in terms of commission. thinkorswim’s commission is cheaper.
firstrade does not provide extended hour trading which is important in some cases.
firstrade charges people $50 per account to leave.

I am leaving firstrde now. I regret I opened account with firstrade.
