Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, has been working just as hard as he can to get out there in the media and talk about Lindsay and how messed up she is, how she is hitting rock bottom. I can’t help but wonder, since I know he doesn’t really give a rat’s ass about his daughter, if he’s trying to get some sort of acting gig. If Michael Lohan had really wanted to help her he would have cried a river on Dr. Phil’s show, not Maury Povich.

While Michael says Lindsay is being punished by the devil and needs to go to rehab, Lindsay took to her Twitter page and had the following to say about the situation:

“Better to not even mention his name. He’s a deadbeat dad. He’s disgusting to do this. He doesn’t deserve attention. He needs help.”

He needs help? I don’t think it could be any more obvious short of a neon light in the sky that the whole family needs help and pronto. I think witnessing one Britney episode was enough for me.
