Jessica Alba Wears BikiniOne might think with the body that Jessica Alba has she works out all the time, but the actress says that isn’t true at all. She had the following to say about the situation per Celebrity NewsToob:

“I try to work out. I think it’s the only thing that I do that I don’t really like doing. It’s really boring. I have to have so much stimulation when I’m sitting on that damn treadmill like earphones, magazines, television, girlfriends, and husband. But I don’t have a strict diet. I don’t have a certain food plan or anything. I’m not weird about it. I try to just work out when I can.”

Sounds like she’s pretty lucky!
