Apparently legendary media whore Michael Lohan was arrested yesterday. The reason? According to Splash News cops say they busted Lohan in New York after allegedly making a phone call to his ex-girlfriend Erin Muller, which is a direct violation of the restraining order she has against him.

Hey sad news right? But on a positive note it appears his brain may be starting to wake up from its life long coma. I wonder what happened. Did he run across that term ‘work smart not hard’? I think we can all agree simply calling someone on the phone when you know you have an order against you forbidding you to do so is a whole lot less work that making up lies, calling up the media and stabbing people in the back right?

What a guy. I think he’s my new hero.
