New Guardians For Frances Bean Cobain
While no official reason has been given KTLA confirms that Courtney Love has temporarily lost guardianship rights over her daughter, 17-year-old Frances Bean Cobain until February 2010. A Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner granted temporary dual guardianship to Wendy O’Connor, Kurt Cobain’s mother, and his sister, aunt to Frances, Kimberly Cobain.
The court filing does not mention Love or give a reason for the guardianship however we all know from her own public displays that she had legal problems, crazy rants on Twitter, as well as drug and alcohol problems.
I’m not trying to be mean at all, but she seems like a bigger mess than I can probably even begin to imagine. I think its sad, very, very sad. By now, all on her own, I’m sure that Frances has realized her mother is a loser. I hope for Courtney’s own sake she can pull her head out of her ass and get her act together. Again, I’m not trying to be rude or mean at all, but seriously, we are all in charge of our own lives. If a person’s life isn’t the way they want it to be nothing is stopping them from achieving whatever it is they desire to have but their own fear of success. I came from trailer trash. I came from a place most people only see in movies with drug addicts, people getting beat up and killed, children other than myself getting abused and neglected, and you know what I did? I grew up and rose above. I believe in the term ‘breaking the chain’. Words can’t express my sadness for Frances, for honestly, I would rather have my life where I never had a mother than to have one like Courtney Love or worse, Courtney Love herself.

This freaking chick is crazy!
I think this is great news for Frances and should have been done A LOT sooner. Poor kid, lord only knows the mental trauma she has suffered with Courtney Love as her mother. I hope it isn’t too late for her to turn her life into something really great and positive.
I’m surprised it took this long with all of Courtney Love’s public displays of dysfunction. Best of luck to Frances!
I hate to say it but I think this is a good thing for both Courtney Love and Frances Bean. I wish them the best too.

Life & Beauty Weekly: Expert Q+A
A: "This sort of kindness is rare, so it’s natural you’d want to reciprocate. But if you have offered to repay (or treat) her and she resists, there’s no need to insist on giving her money.
Also try not to feel bad that she always pays. Coffee isn’t a big expense, and it sounds like she enjoys treating you. She may do it because she appreciates your friendship or support at work. Or perhaps she likes having an excuse to get out of the office and doesn’t mind shelling out a few extra dollars for you. Regardless, just thank her each time she pays. Then, every once in a while, surprise her with a tin of cookies or muffins. Or once a month or so, tell her you are taking her out for lunch. "

Men’s Life Today: Expert Q+A
A: "There’s no easy answer as to why you get them. Ingrown hairs are more noticeable in men with really thick hair -- as ingrown hairs are more prevalent in people with thick hair -- or dark hair with light skin. However, there are a couple of key things you can do to heal them and prevent future outbreaks.
First of all, it helps to understand the evolution of an ingrown hair: After hair removal, as the hair starts growing back, the sharp tip of the hair curls back in on itself and digs into the skin, leading to inflammation and irritation. If you do get one, remember this mantra: Put down the tweezers. Plucking ingrown hairs invariably fails and causes additional irritation. Instead, try applying an over-the-counter cortisone cream to help relieve inflammation, then head to a laser dermatologist for laser hair removal (no, not removal of all your hair -- just the problem ones). Realistically, laser’s the only long-term solution for ingrown hairs.
Electrolysis isn’t practical because of the number and thickness of hairs involved. And as for waxing, well, remember the 40-year-old Virgin? Enough said."
