Dr. Murray Charged For Michael Jackson’s Death

Michael JacksonDr. Conrad Murray has officially been charged with involuntary manslaughter for the death of Michael Jackson, Gossips Anonymous reports.

According to TMZ the charge was made on the following basis:

“Dr. Murray did unlawfully, and without malice, kill Michael Joseph Jackson … in the commission of an unlawful act, not a felony; and in the commission of a lawful act which might have produced death, in an unlawful manner, and without due caution and circumspection.”

As a recap, Dr. Murray administered Michael with a powerful anesthetic known as propofol in an effort to cure his chronic insomnia on June 25th, 2009 which resulted in him having a heart attack and dying.

The doctor now faces up to 4 years in jail which is the maximum sentence for his crime. There was a response made regarding the charge via Dr. Murray’s attorney, Ed Chernoff, which read:

“We’ll make bail, we’ll plead not guilty and we’ll fight like hell.”

The kids I’m sure wish they could fight like hell to get their father back, but that’s not happening is it Dr. Murray? The lack of personal responsibility in this world is astounding.

    this is nowhere near tough enough! there was a total disregard for human life by someone who should have known better. it galls me that he pled “not guilty” when he is being under-charged!

    Well.. even if it WASNT “him”.. he was a doctor, and should have bowed out of this. His conscious should have told him it was unethical. WHEN MONEY CAN BE A MOTIVATING FACTOR.. PEOPLE DIE!

    Sharon, I agree.. this happens EVERYDAY, with all fields. the corruption runs rapid. Money is the ONLY motivator. People do not do Charity, and offered enough money, many will do whatever is requested.
