Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamara Tulip were born December 28th.

According to PEOPLE Usher and his wife Tameka welcomed another baby boy to the family yesterday.
Newest son whose name has not yet been released joins big brother Usher Raymond V, who just turned 1 on Nov. 26th.
