I was visiting EntertainmentWise.com and I came upon this post about Hayden Panettiere and Cameron Diaz who showed up to an event wearing a very similar dress. I’m going to have to respectfully disagree with the author of the post, Anna Shanks, in regard to who wears it better who says:

Alan Panettiere, father of young actress Hayden Panettiere was scheduled to appear before a judge in a Beverly Hills court earlier today due to the recent domestic violence ordeal between he and wife Lesley Vogel.

According to Celebrity Gossip, the judge ordered Alan not to ?harass, strike or threaten? his wife, and set a protective order until Panettiere?s new arraignment date of December 11th. At that time, he could face a year in county jail if convicted.
