Heidi Montag’s mother is losing her home in Colorado to foreclosure due to an outstanding balance of $187,000 and according to Celebuzz this news makes Spencer Pratt a very happy man.

It amazes me how low class and greedy some people can be. Heidi Montag and hubby Spencer Pratt did not attend Holly Montag’s 26th birthday party on Saturday because Heidi wouldn’t go unless she was paid!
