“Kelli and I had been working on what kind of arrangement our family was going to proceed in for the last two and a half years. I never once thought to stop doing the documentary.”

She continued stating that she feels “it’s different when gay people with children separate.”

“It is not as dramatic as what you stereotypically think with heterosexuals, where one person walks out … It was more of a collaborative effort of how are we going to proceed and make sure of the most important thing — which is that the emotional health, the heart and soul of these kids, remains intact.”

She believes “the greatest thing you can teach your child is how to deal with adversity.” She says “even though change is scary, sometimes it is necessary.”

I agree.

From what I know of her mothering skills I think she’s an excellent mother. I’ve seen a couple of her children in interviews and they seem like very well adjusted, bright, loving children. You don’t achieve those kind of results unless you’re good at what you do as far as mothering goes. Kudos to Rosie and Kelli for being great parents.

According to TMZ the charge was made on the following basis:

“Dr. Murray did unlawfully, and without malice, kill Michael Joseph Jackson … in the commission of an unlawful act, not a felony; and in the commission of a lawful act which might have produced death, in an unlawful manner, and without due caution and circumspection.”

As a recap, Dr. Murray administered Michael with a powerful anesthetic known as propofol in an effort to cure his chronic insomnia on June 25th, 2009 which resulted in him having a heart attack and dying.

The doctor now faces up to 4 years in jail which is the maximum sentence for his crime. There was a response made regarding the charge via Dr. Murray’s attorney, Ed Chernoff, which read:

“We’ll make bail, we’ll plead not guilty and we’ll fight like hell.”

The kids I’m sure wish they could fight like hell to get their father back, but that’s not happening is it Dr. Murray? The lack of personal responsibility in this world is astounding.

She really likes odd numbers! Seriously though I really admire her ambition, among other things I’m sure, she’s an actress, a singer, a businesswoman, and more importantly a mother of twins. I think she’s a great example for women everywhere.

An insider close to the couple dished the following on the matter:

“Things began taking a turn for the worse for Jess and Justin around the MTV Video Music Awards in September. Justin was staying in New York by himself, working a lot and going out with his friends. He and Jess took some time apart through the fall while she was working, but stayed in touch via phone. They visited each other a little bit and Jess missed Justin, but she was willing to give him space. It really worked out because by the time the holidays were coming, Justin was back and focused on Jess!Justin loves Jessica and he wants to be with her. She makes him happy, they have so much in common and she is a good fit for him. She’s low-key and makes the effort to spend quality time with her family and friends. Justin was being preemptive when he considered breaking up — he realizes what it would be like to lose Jessica and he cares about her so much. He wants her in his life and they are in a great new place in their relationship. Justin’s mom has often commented that she would love to see him and Jess marry and have her grandchildren. Lynn really does like Jess. Their mended relationship is good news.”

Great! Now perhaps when we see Jessica we’ll see a smile instead of that frown she’s always wearing.

Jeff confirmed the news on his website saying:

“Ingrid and I wanted to be the first to tell you … the exciting news that Ingrid is 12 weeks pregnant and expecting our second child. We’re very excited and can’t wait to expand our family to four. The baby is due in August and will join big sister Ella Sofia, 2 ½.
